If we move on to the design process after answering the long questions that start with the questions above, we will have the opportunity to create a permanent and healthy living space. First of all, we must determine our guide and principles and mature them throughout the design process by detailing them where necessary.

How do we realize ecological design in Fethiye?

 

Technically, we have many possibilities:

​

• Use of local and renewable energy for energy efficient design, design suitable for the land

• Correct and natural use of water: Rainwater harvesting, water retention and soil creation, gray water recycling, planning of the entire water regime on the land,

• Natural biological ponds; swimming pools and/or ecosystem support ponds,

• Maximum utilization of solar energy; Trombe-walls, sun traps, smart winter gardens,

• food systems; To be able to obtain sufficient and natural food for all living people from the land.

• Waste /nutrient cycle; zero waste!. Everything turns into something else.

In order to balance all these possibilities within the framework of the expectations of ourselves and the part of nature we want to be in contact with, we have only one possibility;
